RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
Orders may be canceled up until the time of shipping.
For a refund, the product must be returned in new / unused condition. With copy of receipt and warranty, and a written request, within 15 days of your receiving item/s.
Most people will know within the first 24 to 48 hours, if the item/s is/are what they expected or not.
We will accept postage paid returns only after a Return Merchandise Authorization has been obtained, items must be in original packaging.

All order refunds request that arrive within the 15 days, if approved, will be sent in the form of a company check. Minus shipping and handling fees, and a 20% restock / rental fee.
