Warranty

All our products that don't have a manufacturers warranty have a one year domestic use exchange guarantee (60 day commercial use exchange guarantee). The guarantee excludes the globes supplied in the original packaging. If the products are faulty they will be replaced or repaired on return to Lighting Affairs.

Returns

Orders may be canceled up until the time of shipping.

For a refund, the product/s must be returned in their original new/unused condition with a copy of your receipt (within 15 days) of you receiving the item/s.
