Shipping & Delivery

We use Australia Post and selected couriers to deliver your goods. We send products in satchels or boxes. Once in transit delivery times may vary, however average transit times are within 5 -10 business days subject to stock availability. This service can take longer to some rural areas.  Delivery times are estimates only. 

Lighting Affairs will do our best to deliver your goods promptly, however are not responsible for late deliveries or loss/damage relating to deliveries. We suggest you have your order delivered to an address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the delivery. If the delivery address is unattended, the courier is authorised to leave the goods at the address. If the delivery address is unattended Australia Post will leave a card for pick up at your nearest Post Office. If you won't be available and don't want to aurthorise goods to be left at the address provided you must notify us when placing your order. 

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form, please provide a physical street address as couriers are unable to deliver to post office boxes. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address at checkout, Lighting Affairs is not responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. If multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. We will make all reasonable attempts to notify using the details you provide. Please note we can only deliver products within Australia. 

If your ordered items are in stock, your order will usually dispatch within two business days from date of payment. If items in your order are not in stock, or need to be imported there will be a lead time for your order. Lead times differ for each product range, please check the product description for estimated lead times. We will contact you with an estimated ETA when the order is received.
